Banking platform · regulated EU pilot
The first deployment of the 256Bank platform — a European banking environment built with compliance as a first-order design constraint. ME is the proving ground: where we validate the architecture, settlement behaviour, and member experience before the production rebuild scales it to Europe.
The banking product line
Accounts, cards, transfers, settlement — the member-facing banking experience that runs on the 256Bank platform. Built around long-view primitives: tabular numbers, named settlement cycles, audit-ready references on every entry. The product face of the platform.
Banking for under-18s
A dedicated product line for first accounts, first cards, and first transactions. Built around supervision: parental visibility, age-aware limits, and educational framing. Operates within the 256Bank platform family — same mark grammar, same governance discipline, distinct voice for a younger audience.
Production rebuild — standalone-first
The path from prototype to a production bank serving 5 million European users on day one (Plan A), with a Plan B reaching 100 million. Critical design choice: 256Bank must work as a standalone product. Integration with the ME pilot, if and when it ships, accelerates — but never blocks — the launch path.
Distributed compute — GPU jobs, FROST, TEE
A sister project that began as the technical core behind 256Bank's settlement and signature primitives. 256grid distributes compute jobs across trusted execution environments using FROST threshold signatures. The pricing, scheduling, and overflow logic live on the same EU-region infrastructure as scicel.
Governance kit — playbook + reviews + briefings
The discipline above all projects. Superstructure is a drop-in kit that enforces honest engineering: every roadmap item is REAL or MOCK, every architecture decision goes through an ADR, every engineering session is mandated to read the project briefing before touching code. It is how we keep humans and AI honest while building software together.
How they connect
These six projects share a design language (the 256 mark grammar), a governance discipline (Superstructure), a hosting posture (EU-resident infrastructure on our own EU-region servers), and a brutally honest reporting model. Each project can be funded, staffed, and shipped on its own — but they reinforce each other: 256grid secures 256Bank's settlement, Superstructure keeps the work honest, the pilot and the production rebuild feed each other.
